We have already consistently achieved a 100% score for Cleaning standards from Visit England when we have our Annual Inspection Visit, and have applied the necessary additional processes which relate to the Covid-19 Cleaning Protocols and Regulations. We also operate Contactless payments and Social Distanced Check-Ins.

If there is a UK ‘Travel Ban’, and you are unable to take your holiday, we will offer you the choice of either deferring your holiday to a later date (up to 18 months in the future), a ‘Voucher’ (which is transferable - so you can give it to a friend, colleague or family member as a Christmas or Birthday gift for example), or a full refund.
